V1 terms for BUNG IT. They are not lawyer-approved and need Australian legal and tax-regulatory review before meaningful scale or paid acquisition.

What BUNG IT does

BUNG IT Basic helps you organise transaction information that you identify as business or personal, and create an export for your own records or discussion with an accountant or registered tax/BAS agent.

What BUNG IT does not do

BUNG IT is not a tax agent, BAS agent, financial adviser, legal adviser or accountant. It does not give personalised tax advice, determine final deductibility or tax treatment, prepare or lodge tax documents, or act for you with the ATO. A category, grouping, percentage, total or export is not a conclusion that an expense is deductible or that a return is correct.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for checking imported information, retaining original records, deciding the purpose of expenses, using the service lawfully and obtaining professional advice where appropriate. Do not upload information you are not entitled to handle. If an import is uncertain, check the original export or seek qualified advice rather than relying on an incomplete output.

Current service

BUNG IT supports structured CSV and OFX/QBO imports, browser-based Review and accountant handoff exports. Accounts can save a recoverable copy of a sort and safe sorting structure for that account. PDF statements, bank-log-in connections, accountant portals and tax-return preparation are not part of this release.

Accounts and saved work

Keep your account credentials secure. You may sign out, delete a saved sort or request account deletion from the product. BUNG IT remembers patterns, not answers: any saved structural learning is not a decision that a future transaction is Business, Personal, deductible or in a particular category.

Availability

BUNG IT may change, suspend or withdraw a pre-release service. You should keep your original bank exports and records; do not treat the service as your only record-keeping system.

Important draft status

Launch terms on liability, consumer-law wording, governing law, disputes, paid services and the contracting legal entity have not yet been approved. They must be completed through Australian legal review before public launch.
